Yuusha, Yamemasu Season 2 Predictions

I’m Quitting Heroing: Next Gig Is at the Demon Queen’s Castle Season 2 continues the story of the world’s strongest hero Leo Demonhart and Demon Queen Echidna as his secret is revealed. But when will I’m Quitting Heroing Season 2 come out?
While the second season is still in the offing, anime fans won’t have to wait for new episodes. The Blu-Ray/DVD boxset will include a two-part I’m Quitting Heroing “Episode 13 and 14” (see the I’m Quitting Heroing OVA episode below for more details).
The main staff and studio creating Yuusha, Yamemasu Season 2 have not yet been announced.
The first season of the anime TV series I’m Quitting Heroing was animated by Studio EMT Squared who is probably best known for the anime series Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear, the anime Drug Store in Another World, the anime Assassin’s Pride and The Master from Ragnarok & Blesser of Einherjar anime.
In 2022, the studio also released the football anime Shoot! Goal to the future. Going forward, EMT Squared has already been confirmed to be working on the Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear season 2 anime.
For the first season of I’m Quitting Heroing, the anime project was led by Principal Director Hiasahi Ishii (Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear, Rainy Coca) and Principal Director Yuu Nobuta (The Faraway Paladin Season 2, World’s End Harem). Writer Shigeru Murakoshi (Zombieland Saga) wrote the scripts.
Artist Yuki Nakano (Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear, Haikyuu!!) was the character designer. Composer Kouhei Munemoto wrote the music.
The I’m Quitting Heroing Season 2 OP (opening) and ED (ending) theme song music has not yet been announced.
For the first season, the I’m Quitting Heroing OP “Broken Identity” was performed by Minori Suzuki (dianette’s voice), while the ED “Growing” was performed by Nao Touyama.
Because Sentai Filmworks acquired exclusive streaming rights to the anime, the first season was streamed exclusively with English subtitles only on HIDIVE (not Crunchyroll, Funimation, Netflix, Hulu, VRV or Amazon Prime Video). An I’m Quitting Heroing English dub release date has not yet been announced.
Here’s the cast of the Japanese I’m Quitting Heroing:
The finale of the first season, I’m Quitting Heroing Episode 12, was released on June 21, 2022.

Yuusha, Yamemasu Season 2 Release Date Predictions: Renewal Uncertain?
As of the latest update, XXX or any other company related to the production of the anime has not officially confirmed the release date of I’m Quitting Heroing Season 2. Nor has the production of an I’m Quitting Heroing sequel been announced.
Once the news is officially confirmed, this article will be updated with the relevant information.
In the meantime, it’s possible to speculate about when and whether the Yuusha, Yamemasu season 2 release date will take place in the future.
The reviews of I’m Quitting Heroing were good, but not great. Perhaps some of the negative reviews are due to the plethora of isekai and fantasy anime just putting a twist on a trope. But the story isn’t just the twist the legendary hero puts on the side of the Demon Lord after he’s banished from humanity…nor can it be fully explained by the major plot twist of Leo’s backstory.
Instead, it is a fantasy life story that provides insight into good business management and the dynamics of human behavior in a work environment. The demon army is in ruins as the leadership doesn’t understand good management and their “CEO”, the demon queen, has noble goals, but no idea how to successfully implement a business plan, let alone rebuild a nation through the hard times. polluted environment.
So at the end of the day it’s a very relatable story once you get past the entry-level episode that sets the terms. The comedy is good and the characterization is well done, as this is one of the few anime that gets the chance to completely adapt a light novel at its leisure (see the light novel comparison section for more details). But maybe the producer ordered the studio to change only part of the story to entice new fans to buy the books.
From a streaming revenue standpoint, being a HIDIVE exclusive has paid off or not as HIDVID has far fewer subscribers compared to the Crunchyroll subscribers.
Besides Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear, Studio EMT Squared is not known for successful anime series spawning a sequel.
Based on all these factors, it’s hard to say whether the anime production committee will have I’m Quitting Heroing Season 2 renewed.
I Quit Acting “Episode 13 and 14” OVA Episodes Continue the Story in a BD/DVD Box Set
As discussed earlier, the I’m Quitting Heroing Blu-Ray/DVD Box Sets will feature two additional unaired episodes. The 12 episodes of the first season will be released as two BD/DVD box sets, which will be released on June 24, 2022 and August 24, 2022.
I Quit Heroic Deeds “Episode 13 and 14” is a two-part story titled “Don’t Lose sight of the reason why we took this investigative journey (Kenshuu Ryokou wa Mokuteki o Ushinau na)”. Here is the summary of the story:
Leo goes on a field trip with Echidna and the Elite Four. They arrive at an abandoned hot spring inn with a creepy landlady. That night, Echidna suddenly disappears from the group that had just begun to deepen their friendship…
Yes, that means this anime is getting the required hot springs episode! It is currently unknown if these two unaired episodes will eventually be released internationally on streaming platforms such as HIDIVE.
I’m Quitting Heroing manga, light new series compared to the anime
The story for the anime television series is based on the Yuusha, Yamemasu: Tsugi no Shokuba wa Maoujou light novel series by writer Quantum and illustrator Hana Amano.
Like many fantasy light novels, the story was first self-published in 2017 on Kakuyomu’s Kadokawa website. Kadokawa Books published the light novel adaptation as three light novel volumes in 2017 and 2018. Publisher Fujimi Fantasia Bunko published a reprint in the first half of 2022.
The manga adaptation I’m Quitting Heroing has been serialized in Kadokawa Shoten’s Young Ace Up magazine since May 2018. Artist Nori Kazato (Adarushan no Hanayome) does the art for the manga, while the series creator Quantum does the writing. As of April 2022, there will be 6 manga volumes and that counts!
Kadokawa has published an official English translation of both the manga and light novel series in digital format. When the anime premiered in the spring of 2022, only the first two light novel books were available online as digital books on the BookWalker website† Instead of selling I quit Heroing manga volumes, the BookWalker site sells the manga chapters separately.

I’m Quitting Heroing Season 1 joined the esteemed company of the 86 anime and the Sabikui Bisco anime by adapting just a single light novel with one full anime season. The other two anime TV series expanded the source material in ways that enhanced the story rather than just being filler to fill the season up to 12 episodes.
Likewise, the anime I’m Quitting Heroing added a handful of original anime scenes that provided additional explanation and exposition. The backstory of the half-demon, half-human killer Mernes originally consisted of only three paragraphs in the light novel.
Much of the success of the I’m Quitting Heroing anime is due to the simple fact that there was no need to condense three to five books in a frenzied rush to make a decent stopping point in a multi-book storyline. come.
Instead, the first half of the first season has adjusted 1 chapter per episode. The first book book has 7 chapters, a final chapter and an epilogue. But because the last chapter is very long compared to the regular chapters, it has been adapted into several episodes.
I’m Quitting Heroing Episode 6 is when Leo’s backstory as a 3000-year-old Humanoid Bioweapon is finally revealed (bonus points for those who noticed the foreshadowing in Episode 5 when Leo first spoke of “as” a human). It’s the main turning point in the story, as it’s also the moment when the whole series gets more interesting rather than generic.

Finishing with the end of part 1 is a great stopping point, as demon queen Echidna finally realizes that Lord Onyx’s real identity was her mortal enemy, hero Leo Demonhart. It’s not until the end of the first book that the audience really understands Leo’s intentions. It’s also when Leo finally finds full acceptance by these irreplaceable companions he’s come to know as friends.
The good news is that there is plenty of source material available to make I’m Quitting Heroing Season 2. If the second season is two courses, it can finish the rest of the story or leave the last part for I’m Quitting Heroing Season 3.
Better yet, readers of light novels that are only in English and want to read prior to the anime can jump straight to the light novel Volume 2 on the BookWalker website. English manga readers can start with chapter 16.
