William and Zachary Zulock pressure their children into illicit relationships with older men.
According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, the couple not only sexually assaulted their adopted boys, but also documented several incidents of abuse, forcing them to engage in inappropriate interactions with other adult males. The youths, a pair of siblings, were said to be in third and fourth grade at the time of the attack. According to the Antigua Newsroom, William and Zachary Zulock were wealthy businessmen. While William Zulock, 33, worked for the government, Zachary Zulock, 35, worked in banking. According to the New York Post, they seemed to be a typical couple on all fronts, with Zachary’s Instagram describing him as an “activist” and “daddy to our two wonderful sons.”
The pair were arrested when the Walton County Sheriff’s Office received allegations that someone in Oxford was downloading illegal child abuse films. While investigating the allegations, authorities discovered that the film being downloaded was allegedly made by William and Zachary Zulock.
A representative of the Walton County Sheriff’s Office stated in an official statement:
“One small team focused on going directly to the children to ensure their safety, while another team worked with the adults in the home to secure the situation.”
The statement went on to say:
“Evidence that both adult males – the adoptive fathers of the sibling couple residing in the residence – participated in sexual abuse and video footage of this abuse was discovered during the execution of the search warrant.”
William and Zachary Zulock were charged with making the illegal films and distributing them to a number of others. They allegedly sent the video to 27-year-old Hunter Clay Lawless and Armando Vizcarro-Sanchez, both of whom are accused of being part of a child abuse network.
Hunter Clay Lawless said that while he never actively assaulted the children, Zachary Zulock would encourage him to witness the abuse while also regularly providing his images. It is not known if Hunter Clay Lawless and Armando Vizcarro-Sanchez were directly involved in the crime. Meauwww stated that the Zulocks adopted the boys through a Christian special needs organization. The County School District was instrumental in identifying the child victims and cooperating with the investigation, according to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.
