Below deck Season 10 is slated to return to Bravo this week with a brand new show featuring the introduction of a new stew and the return of Captain Lee Rosbach. Commander Sandy Yawn fired chef Alissa Humber on the previous show. Leigh-Ann Smith, her deputy, will be on board before Captain Lee arrives in the upcoming show. Leigh will recognize a familiar figure on the yacht, as deckhand Ben Willoughby and the visitor have gone out in the past. According to the mid-season teaser for the show, the two will share some private moments in the upcoming segments.

Leigh-Ann Smith is from Cape Town.

While Bravo has yet to share Leigh-Ann Smith’s formal description, her Instagram name reveals plenty about her behavior. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Leigh seeks experience. She describes herself as a “motorsport fanatic, ice cream addict and career visionary” in her Instagram profile. Most of her web photos show her competing in dirt bike events, as well as off-road motorcycle and car rallies.

She has been working in the yachting industry for over five years and has extensive knowledge of it. She has worked on several superyachts including “Q”, and was the head chef on her previous boat. Leigh is extremely devoted to her family, which consists of her father and two brothers. In 2018 she lost her mother. Captain Colin Smith, her father, is a racing driver. Wayne Smith (Africa Cinema Academy Award nominee) and Guy Smith are her two brothers.
This week, Leigh makes her television premiere on season 10 of Below Deck. She will serve as a cook under Chef Fraser Olender.

Date, location and storyline of Below Deck season ten, episode 14

Below Deck Season Ten Episode 14 airs on Bravo on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 8 p.m. ET. Leigh-Ann Smith, a new character member, will appear in the upcoming show. Alissa Humber, who was fired by Commander Sandy in Episode 13, has been replaced by her. In a teaser, the skipper informed staff that the yacht’s original commanding officer, Lee Rosbach, is about to return.

For those not in the know, Captain Lee took a break midway through the season due to health concerns. Sandy filled in for Lee for a while, but she leaves on the next show. Below Deck season 10 episode 14, called “Big Deck Energy”, has the following published recap:

“Cooking Rachel prepares a memorable meal; the crew throws an ’80s party for the beauty queen’s guests; visitor LaQuish continues to annoy the interior design team; Tony has a disagreement with Katie; and Ross is forced to chastise his infatuation with the boat.

The new show will feature both new and well-known characters, as well as the action of the founding celebrity. A group of guests boarded the boat in the previous show, and one of the guests, LaQuisha, annoyed the employees. In the upcoming show, she will continue her annoying behavior. Meanwhile, the supporters of Below Deck anxiously await Captain Lee’s arrival as they dislike Sandy. Two workers, Alissa Humber and Camille Lamb were fired while she was captain.

Commander Lee, cook Rachel Hargrove and chief simmers Fraser Olender are among the new staff members. They also consist of Stew Hayley De Sola Pinto, Stew Leigh-Ann Smith, Deck Stew Tyler Walker, Bosun Ross McHarg, and three sailors: Luis Antonio “Tony” Duarte, Katie Glaser, and Ben Willoughby.
