Back in the Groove is a fresh new reality TV dating series scheduled to launch on Hulu. The show follows three ladies who give love a second chance by dating guys younger than them. The new program will launch on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 12pm ET/11pm CT. Back in the Groove, hosted by Taye Diggs, will feature eight episodes. The series follows ladies in their forties who arrive at the Groove Hotel to try and find love with the younger boys there. Despite only having three women, the series will feature 24 young boys.
Back in the Groove’s official synopsis is as follows:
“Three single women in their 40s will leave their comfort zones and head to The Groove Hotel, a beautiful resort on the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic – where the goal is to regain their youth, live blissfully, and maybe find love with boys FOR HALF. THEIR. AGE. ‘You can’t fall in love with someone else until you fall in love with yourself,’ as the saying goes.”
It goes on:
“These three ladies can do both at the Groove Hotel! Whether they discover the ideal affair, friendship, true love or whatever, now is their time to take responsibility and overcome the double standards older women face on a daily basis. And they are going to have a great time! Taye Diggs hosts the program, and he knows a thing or two about getting in the mood.”
