Who is Elena Dubaich from Season 7 of “Below Deck Mediterranean”?
Since the launch of Season 7 of Below Deck Mediterranean, some crew/cast members have changed. Next week’s episode will introduce a new stew named Elena Dubaich, who will replace Kyle Viljoen on the team. Kyle hurt his ankle after falling down the stairs in episode 17, as fans are well aware. During the show, he was seen on bed rest while the interior crew worked around the clock to serve the charter guests. Given the workload, head stew Natasha Webb made the tough decision to replace her BFF Kyle for the latest charter as the crew needed someone to take on his responsibilities.
Fortunately, Captain Sandy Yawn did not have to wait long for a replacement. Kyle’s departure was covered in episode 17, but the captain suggested they return. Meanwhile, Elena Dubaich will make her Below Deck Mediterranean season 7 debut as the second stew in episode 18.
Elena Dubaich previously worked as a massage therapist on superyachts.
Elena Dubaich is a newcomer joining Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7 after Kyle Viljoen injured his ankle. She’s going to work as a stew on the interior crew. Elena had worked as a superyacht massage therapist before joining Bravo. According to her profile on the network’s website, Elena aspired to pursue a job that would allow her to travel the world. As a result, she enrolled in a massage school and ended up working as a spa hostess on luxury cruise ships and yachts.
Elena’s bio on Bravo’s website reads:
“With an adventurous spirit, she set out to find a profession that would allow her to travel the world.” She attended massage school and discovered her true calling before continuing her education in London, Stockholm and Bangkok. She honed her skills on private luxury cruise lines, where she also taught yoga and meditation workshops before eventually becoming a spa manager.”
It goes on:
“She changed careers during the epidemic, working as a spa hostess on charter ships and private motor yachts.” Elena is excited to start her own massage school and teach students all over the world.”
Elena’s biography also indicates that she grew up in Slovenia and that her first job was as a translator, after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in English and Russian. She has a natural talent for acquiring new languages, which has helped her acquire different dialects while growing up in different Balkan countries.
Elena, according to her Instagram account (@thebalkanbiscuit), is a fitness fanatic who “relies on the natural flow of life,” as well as someone who loves to dress up and party — traits that fit well with the Benedendeck Mediterranean Season 7 group. .
