Turn employees into problem solvers with a 3-step plan
Opinions of contributing entrepreneurs are their own.
As a growth consultant, I work with leaders who want to grow and scale their businesses.
One of the biggest problems that kept companies from scaling up was the fact that all problem solving was left to the leader. If you left out the leader, it seemed that the team members didn’t have the resources to solve the problems themselves. In addition, some leaders often lacked the confidence to trust their teams when making decisions.
So, what’s the million dollar answer to solving this problem you ask? Well, it’s not easy, but it’s definitely worth it. If you want your business to scale and grow, you need to create well-functioning teams. And to do that, companies need to build a culture of problem solvers. As a leader, it is your responsibility to create a space where your team members are not afraid to speak up, feel empowered and know what is expected of them. Only then can you effectively scale and grow your business.
