Travis Barker rushed to hospital after disturbing message to fans
Travis Barker was taken to hospital with wife Kourtney Kardashian by his side after he messaged fans: “God save me.”
The 46-year-old Blink-182 drummer was photographed lying on a stretcher outside Cedars-Sinai Medical Center as his 43-year-old reality TV veteran followed him on foot.
He watched as he was wheeled out of the ambulance as he raised his right hand, revealing his distinct skull tattoo.
Kardashian was seen only from behind, dressed head to toe in black with a hoodie covering her head.
Her security team followed in a black Range Rover and followed the ambulance carrying Barker as they arrived at the Los Angeles hospital.
The two vehicles then appeared to enter through the wrong entrance and were diverted to another area by hospital staff.
Barker and Kardashian first arrived at West Hills Hospital and Medical Center on Tuesday morning local time to receive treatment for Barker’s mysterious problem.
TMZ reported that West Hills staff felt the musician needed extra care, so he was rushed to Cedars-Sinai.
The rocker’s “God save me” tweet at 10:45 a.m. local time apparently came during his medical emergency.
Hundreds of Barker fans responded to his tweet, with many tweeting the phrase, “I’m f***** up.”
It comes after a turbulent few weeks for Barker and Kardashian, who recently recovered from her second bout of Covid after the couple got hooked at their third and most lavish wedding ceremony in Italy’s Portofino.
The reports also come as Barker’s son Landon, 18, is said to be in a relationship with TikToker Charli D’Amelio, also 18.
A source told PEOPLE: “They’re seeing each other and it’s still in the early stages.”
