Ruth Delia Kearney was born in London, England on November 11, 1984 – her zodiac sign is Scorpio and she is a British national. She’s an actress perhaps best known for playing Jess Parker in the action-adventure drama series “Primeval” from 2007 to 2011, which also starred Andrew Lee Potts, Hannah Spearritt and Ben Miller, and is about a group of people led by Professor Cutter who seek being after and recording prehistoric creatures that appeared in England. Ruth began her acting career while attending Trinity College, appearing in plays “Man of Mode”, “On the Razzle”, and “Oh! What a Glorious War!” among other things.

Ruth made her screen debut in 2009, playing Miriam in the biographical comedy drama film “Gracie!”, starring Jane Horrocks, Tom Hollander and Ellie Haddington, and is about Gracie Fields, a famous English singer and actress who was suffering from cervical cancer – the film won one award and was nominated for one other. In 2011 she played Jenny Proctor in the British medical drama series “Holby City‘, starring Hugh Quarshie and Rosie Marcel, documents the lives of doctors and nurses working at Holby City General Hospital.

The series won three awards and was nominated for 14 others.

She played the supporting character Stacey in the Christmas TV special “Fast Freddie, The Widow and Me”, about a careless and arrogant car salesman who was caught drunk driving and now has to do 60 hours of community service. In 2013, she was invited to appear as Angel in the action-adventure drama movie “Jet Stream” which received poor reviews and got a rating of 2.6/10 on the movie and TV series rating website IMDb.
