Myron and his brother still worked at the company, but after the federal government conducted several investigations, it was revealed that the brothers and their company were working with the mob and were charged with racketeering and having a business relationship with Tony. Provenzano, a mob boss who was later convicted of murder and extortion.
After the company filed for bankruptcy on February 11, 2019, Myron’s brother committed suicide. Nancy currently runs Apex Logistics, Inc. which is part of the Shevell Group Companies, LLC.
