At a young age, Linda became interested in pursuing a career in the field of medicine. She set her sights on it and continued it after her high school entrance exam. She enrolled at Vanderbilt University, a private university in Nashville, Tennessee, known for its prestigious research centers and large medical program. During her time there, she studied radiology, the practice of medical imaging to aid in the diagnosis of disease.
However, during college, things went in a different direction for her as her attractiveness motivated her to participate in beauty pageants. After a failed attempt to get into fashion, Holliday pursued other endeavors that led her into business.

Wanting to stay within the same domain, she founded the Blue Indigo Boutique clothing store in 2005. The store did well for a few years, but finally closed in 2009 due to declining sales. She also found less time to take care of the store as she got busy with her projects with Belichick.
After she started dating him, her public popularity grew, fueled by her beauty and her ability to show a softer side to Belichick. Her association with him led her to become the host of the “Style Boston” program, a magazine-like program with a focus on lifestyle. She focused on life in New England and did some talking about the Patriots because she had access to the team.
She also started gaining fame online as she posted more about her life alongside the American Football coach. The two launched The Bill Belichick Foundation which was created to help underprivileged individuals who demonstrate talents for coaching and playing American Football.
