Technology community Tank Stream Labs has launched a portfolio of business services in areas such as recruiting and law to help founders build their businesses.

The Tank Stream Labs (TSL) Group is a collection of service companies providing start-ups and SMEs with specialized services supporting business development, audio and video content production, talent acquisition and culture solutions, legal, HR and intellectual property services, event management, branding and marketing, and software development.

The first four services offered are Tank Stream Recruitment, Tank Stream Studios, Tank Stream Legal, and Tank Stream Events. Four more will follow in early 2023.

CEO of TSL Bradley Delamare got the idea for the solution when he witnessed the post-Covid talent problems that companies struggle with.

“In our 10 years of helping startups, we have seen firsthand how challenging it can be for companies to access key services that are critical to business growth,” he said.

“Usually by being part of a large community like Tank Stream Labs, there are extensive networks that companies can use to provide solutions to their problems.

“Now we are going one step further by creating a ‘one stop shop’ of all the key services needed for start-up and scale-up companies in Tank Stream Labs, so that these companies do not have to look outside our community. This allows the founders and teams to focus on what matters, which is actively growing their business.”

Delamare said Tank Stream Recruitment was founded as a boutique agency that specializes in sourcing diverse talent for growing businesses and working with them to identify and implement the best talent acquisition solutions.

“Then there were other service companies that we needed help with, so we decided to expand and establish these service companies within Tank Stream Labs,” he said.

“Tank Stream Labs will not only become a provider of co-working facilities and a tech community, it will also become a leading service provider helping Australian start-ups and scale-ups navigate business and operational challenges.”
