The release date of Dragonball Super: Super Hero in Japanese theaters is now set for June 11, 2022. Here’s what we know, things we’d like to see, and who’s the final villain?

Dragonball Super: Super Hero movie is a mouthful, but expectations are high! It was originally set to hit Japanese theaters on April 22, 2022.

Being hacked by malware, Toei Animation had to postpone many of their projects. Fortunately, it looks good, because the latest Dragonball movie is only a few months away!

Facts about Dragonball Super: Super Hero

April Fools wasn’t that long ago, and Dragonball fans have found a lot of “leaks”. I’ve come across a few myself, and most of them are interesting.

But this part is about the facts and nothing but the facts. This is what we know so far. Super Hero is the fourth film where Akira Toriyama has written the original concept and dialogue, drawn character designs and made them more like the manga version, and is said to be more excited about this film than the previous three he worked on. .

It is a sequel to Dragonball Super: Broly! And thanks to the fourth trailer, we know that Broly, Beerus and Weise will be making an appearance.

The timeline would be just before the Peaceful World Saga, as Pan is three years old. The plot is both familiar and confusing in the best way.

The Red Ribbon Army is back, making Super Hero the second film they’ve appeared in. But longtime fans know that the Red Ribbon Army has been around since Dragonball began.

The Android Saga in DragonballZ can also be seen as the Red Ribbon Army saga part 2. Since most of the androids we see in the anime and manga are built by the Red Ribbon Army.

And Super Hero is no exception, as the trailers introduce us to two new Androids. Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. We’ll come back to these guys in a minute.

We also get to see Piccolo’s house! Speaking of who, both Piccolo and Gohan are getting new transformations. Piccolo pretty much goes Super Saiyan!

What secrets does Dragonball Super: Super Hero hide?

At the end of the trailers, we see some sort of pod of danger near the bottom. Could there be a third Android? If so, is it one we know or a new one?

Could this be some kind of bomb? I think we’re going to get another Android similar to how Cell was introduced. Does this mean that Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 will merge?

I don’t know, but very few things surprise me more. Dragonball is full of androids, cyborgs, robots and bio everything. And the Red Ribbon Army made the most.

Now let’s talk about a plot. According to the official WikiDragonball Super: Super Hero is about the Red Ribbon Army that creates two new androids and tries to get revenge on Goku and his family.

This is done. But the Super Hero element makes me curious. Is someone else pulling the strings behind the military? Is that why we have that giant pod thing?

The Ginyu Force in the Namek Saga performed moves inspired by Super Sentai teams or Power Rangers. We also have the Pride Troopers in the Survival Arc.

judging by the trailers, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 seem to think they are superheroes. If we take a closer look at their names, we learn that Gamma means third.

Does this mean we’re going to meet Gamma 3? Should they be the third batch of androids? Because there are already more than 3 types/types of androids.

That’s all I have for now. All trailers are out and now the wait is over. Since the Japanese release was confirmed, the rest of us can’t be far behind.

The official novelization of the film will hopefully be released shortly after the film arrives in theaters.
