Real estate data and analytics platform CoreLogic has acquired Victorian technology company Plezzel.
Plezzel offers brokers in Australia customizable digital advertising and marketing. They also provide a platform to help agents respond to inquiries and requests from people interested in buying or renting real estate.
The cost of the acquisition was not disclosed. The deal was first announced in December.
CoreLogic CEO Lisa Claes said acquiring companies like Plezzel gives their customers an ever-expanding set of powerful proptech tools
“Plezzle’s technology-driven platform gives agents autonomy and complete control over their branding, marketing and communications,” she said.
“By adding Plezzel’s innovations to CoreLogic’s proprietary suite of real estate software solutions, we elevate the customer experience between agents and consumers, help them find leads, and identify market opportunities.”
Claes said real brokers are constantly looking for ways to work smarter, delight their clients and grow their own presence in the marketplace.
“We listened to their needs and understood their unique industry requirements, and that led us to Plezzel,” she said.
“The platform offers tailored communications and digital marketing products that enable our real estate partners to differentiate themselves as market experts, convert more offers and capitalize on their success.”
Greg from Geelong and Cecille McCutcheon founded Plezzel in 2011.

Plezzel customers now have access to CoreLogic’s large database of real estate information in Australia and New Zealand.
Cecille McCutcheon stated that the acquisition by CoreLogic will help Plezzel reach more people in the industry faster.
“With the support of CoreLogic, we look forward to further developing our innovative products and operating on an even larger scale to serve real estate agents nationally and internationally,” she said.
“We’ve worked with real estate agents for over a decade to build a platform that has the power to generate more listings and appraisals while enabling them to sell properties more effectively.”
