Congratulations to Randy Fenoli and Mete Kobal, the stars of Say Yes To The Dress. After a year of dating, the famous reality TV celebrity proposed to Kobal on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at the Marmara Park Avenue hotel in New York City. Randy told People in an exclusive interview that he had been organizing this day for months with the help of its planner, Marcy Blum. According to Marcy, Randy’s family and friends were gathered in one room when the Say Yes To The Dress actor popped the question.

Randy told Mete they were headed to the Museum of Modern Art for dinner. When the couple arrived at the hotel, about 50 relatives and friends were waiting for them in the lobby. The Say Yes To The Dress actor then got down on one knee and proposed to Mete, who replied yes.

Randy revealed in an exclusive interview with People,

“I just wanted to make it incredibly special for him and create a memory that we would remember for the rest of our lives.”

Mete Kobal is of Turkish descent and met the Say Yes To The Dress celebrity in Marmara.

There isn’t much information about Mete that is currently accessible or known. All we know is that he is Turkish and met Randy in January 2022 when he was working as a restaurant and bar manager at Marmara. The Say Yes To The Dress actor proposed to Mete at the same hotel where they first met. Randy told People that he also wanted Mete’s friends to attend their wedding. So he got the contact details of one of his friends from Turkey and got the email addresses of the others. He then ensured that a monitor was present in the hotel, so that everyone could enjoy the memorable event via zoom call.

Mete has over 35,000 Instagram followers and his profile describes him as a dog and book lover. Highlights from his memories and vacations are also highlighted on his profile. He often posts pictures of himself with his dog. Randy often appears on his stream as well. Mete also has a YouTube account, but he is not very active on it. He shared a video of him singing Hotel California on a New York subway in 2019. The video was only viewed about 139 times. In the video, Mete can be seen playing guitar and singing his interpretation of the iconic Eagles song.

Say Yes to the Dress actor Randy revealed about their wedding preparations in an interview with People. He said,

“Princess Voyage Lines offers a cruise that visits Greece and Italy before arriving in Istanbul. And I think we might have a little ceremony in Italy or on the ship or something, and then we go to Istanbul. Maybe we will disembark and have a party for all his friends and relatives there.”
