A vengeful CIA agent’s quest for revenge
At first glance, the plot of the movie Amateur seems like a common notion that has been extensively explored in action and thriller movies. The James Hawes movie will reportedly depict a CIA cryptographer chasing down his wife’s killers when his colleagues refuse to help him.
According to Deadline, the film’s story is as follows:
“The plot revolves around a CIA cryptographer who, after his wife is tragically killed in a terrorist attack in London, insists that his superiors go after them. When it becomes clear that they would not act due to conflicting internal objectives, he blackmails the agency into training him and allowing him to go after them on his own.
It will be some time before the official description or trailer of the project is released. But with such fascinating individuals already involved in the project, it’s undeniably exciting.
