On the release date of JoJo Stone Ocean Part 2, anime fans will rush to stream JoJo Part 6 Episode 13 when it comes out on Netflix. But when will JoJo Stone Ocean Episode 13 come out?

Netflix has officially confirmed that Jolyne Cujoh won’t be back in March 2022, the end of the Winter 2020 anime season. But there are plenty of reasons to believe Stone Ocean will return in Spring 2022 (see the predictions section below for more details). ).

There has been a lot of confusion regarding Netflix’s release schedule for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 6, JoJo season 5 in the overall series. JoJo Part 6 Episode 13 is next in the lineup, but the Netflix Media Center didn’t even hint when JoJo: Stone Ocean premiered on December 1, 2021.

In early September 2021, Netflix stated that JoJo Part 6 will stream “monthly” on their platform. But then at the beginning of October 2021 Netflix’s media center listing for JoJo Part 6: Stone Ocean was tacitly updated and no longer lists the TV show as “releasing monthly”.

No later than 14 December 2021, the Netflix anime Twitter account still advertised JoJo Stone Ocean as “streaming” without giving any status update on the sequel.

This article contains everything known about Netflix’s JoJo Stone Ocean Part 2 (JoJo Part 6 Episode 13 / JoJo Stone Ocean Episode 13 / JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Stone Ocean Episode 13) and all related news. As such, this article will be updated over time with news, rumors and analysis. In the meantime, let’s get into what is known for sure.

JoJo Part 6 Episode 13 Release Date Predictions: April 2022 Likely?

Animation studio David Production returned to produce JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure season 5. The company has produced all anime seasons since the series began in 2012.

As of the latest update, Netflix, Studio David Production or any other company associated with the production of the anime have not officially confirmed the release date of JoJo Stone Ocean Part 2. Nor has the total number of episodes of Stone Ocean been disclosed.

Once the news is officially confirmed, this article will be updated with the relevant information.

In the meantime, it’s possible to speculate about when the JoJo Part 6 Episode 13 release date will be in the future.

The first 12 episodes of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure season 5 were first streamed internationally and then began weekly TV broadcasting in Japan on January 7, 2022, the Winter 2022 anime season.

So far, there’s no indication that David Productions plans to release JoJo Stone Ocean Part 2 as a split-cour anime.

What is a ‘cour’, you may ask? For those unfamiliar with the lingo, a “cour” is a quarterly block of TV broadcasts based on the physical seasons usually consisting of 10 to 13 episodes.

A “split-cour” is where a single anime season takes a break of several months before resuming TV broadcasts.

On January 19, 2022, the Netflix Geeked Twitter account released the streaming schedule for February 2022. On February 25, 2022, the schedule for March 2022 was released. Notably, JoJo Stone Ocean Part 2 was not on the list both times.

Therefore, it is likely that the release date of JoJo Stone Ocean Episode 13 will be in April 2022, the start of the Spring 2022 anime season.

Assuming Netflix continues to release the episodes first, Japanese TV stations will begin broadcasting JoJo Stone Ocean Part 2 a little later in April 2022.

JoJo Stone Ocean Part 3 probably the end

The ending of Stone Ocean has made JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 6 one of the most controversial installments in creator Hirohiko Araki’s entire manga series. Without getting into major spoilers, the final episodes of Stone Ocean are going to be pretty shocking as the bittersweet ending changes the whole JoJo continuity as sort of a setup for the newer manga parts, JoJo Part 7: Steel Ball Run, JoJo Part 8 : JoJolion, and JoJo Part 9: JoJo Lands.

The JoJo Stone Ocean storyline ran in the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure manga series from 1999 to 2003. There are a total of 17 parts, consisting of parts 64 to 80 in the entire series.

All previous anime TV parts have had multiple courses. The longest was the Stardust Crusaders arc with a total of 48 episodes, while Diamond Is Unbreakable and Golden Wind were both 39 episodes.

The first Netflix release, which ended with JoJo Stone Ocean Episode 12, edited the first 50 chapters. JoJo Stone Ocean Episode 13 should pick up the story again in Chapter 51, titled “Kiss of Love & Revenge”.

Since the Stone Ocean manga had 158 chapters, David Production was able to adapt the story as a three-box JoJo Season 5 with about 36 to 38 episodes. If it’s the latter, the second and third courses would each have 13 episodes.

That means JoJo Stone Ocean Part 3 finishes the story with its epic conclusion. Stay tuned!
