Maji LOVE ST☆RISH TOURS Music Theme Song By Shinomiya Natsuki Revealed

The theatrical version of the Uta no Prince sama The Movie: Maji LOVE ST☆RISH TOURS movie will be released on September 2, 2022. The film project has been busy with updates over the past few days.

A sneak peek of Shinomiya Natsuki’s song was revealed today. Titled Ai wo Bonapetti (Love is bon appétit), lyrics are by Noriyasu Agematsu (That Time I Got Reincarnated As a Slime) and composition/arrangement by Hitoshi Fujima (Elements Garden).

The CD will be released on June 15th, will contain three additional tracks and is one of seven Uta no Prince-sama: Maji LOVE ST☆RISH TOURS Idol Song Series CDs.

The other CDs in the series will go on sale as follows:

Uta no Prince-sama (うたの☆プリンスさまっ♪, Princes of Song) is a multimedia franchise by Broccoli. Originally, it was an Otome video game released on PlayStation Portable in June 2010. Due to the huge popularity it garnered, the game has since grown into a full-fledged franchise spawning multiple sequels and spin-offs.

As of today, there are six Uta no Prince-sama otome games:

Following the success of the original games, Broccoli has released a series of spin-off music rhythm games, some of which have been translated into English:

  • Uta no Prince-sama Music (24 November 2011)
  • Uta no Prince-sama Music 2 – a sequel to Uta no Prince-sama Music (September 5, 2013)
  • Uta no Prince-sama Music 3 (January 28, 2015) has been released for PlayStation Vita
  • Uta no Prince-sama Shining Live (August 27, 2017) was released for iOS and Android. The worldwide release (Japanese and English), co-developed by Broccoli and KLab, took place on January 24, 2018

The games have been adapted into various manga series, drama CDs, and plays.

Uta no prince sama anime

The first anime adaptation by A-1 Pictures – Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love 1000% (うたの☆プリンスさまっ♪ マジLOVE1000%) – aired in 2011.

The second season — titled Uta no Prince-sama Maji LOVE 2000% (うたの☆プリンスさまっ♪マジLOVE2000%) — premiered in 2013.

The third season — titled Utano☆Princesama Revolutions (うたの☆プリンスさまっ♪マジLOVEレボリューションズ) — premiered in 2015.

The fourth season – titled Utano☆Princesama Legend Star – premiered in 2016.

Uta no Prince-Sama: Maji Love Kingdom PV 1

After the success of the anime, the first Uta no Prince-sama animated movie was released (2019). The film, titled Uta no Prince-Sama: Maji Love Kingdom, was directed by Tomoka Nagaoka (Kokoro Connect), with Takeshi Furuta (Haikyuu!!) as the lead director. After that, the film was given an English subtitle and screened at the Anime Expo 2019.

Sentai Filmworks has licensed all four TV anime seasons and the animated film Uta no Prince-Sama: Maji Love Kingdom.

Finally, Uta no Prince-Sama: Maji Love Kingdom will be followed by the theatrical release of the Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love ST☆RISH Tours, which premieres on September 2, 2022, as noted above.
