Early life and education

Kandyse grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada when her parents moved there when she was two years old – her father was a traveling salesman, while her mother was a teacher. Kandyse grew up dreaming of becoming a famous model or actress one day, and went to college West Vancouver High School where she was a member of the school’s drama club and in most of the plays they performed. After graduating in 1998, she did not enroll in any university, but decided to work on her acting career.
