Kamen Rider anime FUUTO PI August 2022 release date revealed by key visual

Fans of the Kamen Rider W franchise will just have to wait a little longer as the Fuuto PI release date has been announced!
The new series, a sequel to Kamen Rider W, will begin streaming on the Crunchyroll platform in August 2022, in the middle of the Summer 2022 anime season. According to their website, the series will be available in the regions of North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, Middle East, and CIS.
The anime is based on the Fuuto PI manga, written by Riku Sanjo and illustrated by Masaki Sato. Studio KAI will oversee serial production.
The Fuuto PI Twitter page also released a new key visual accompanying the announcement.
What is Fuuto PI about?
Fans new to Fuuto PI, or the Kamen Rider franchise in general, may be wondering what the new series will be about.
According to a translation of the official anime websiteThe series follows Hidari Shotaro and Phillip, two detectives who work at the Narumi Detective Agency.
The once dangerous organization called Museum is no more. Yet their most dangerous export, “Gaia Memory”, is still being released in the already emotionally unstable town of Fuuto. It causes “dopants”, or monsters, to show up at alarming rates.
As more mysterious encounters take place, Shotaro and Phillip open a new case of Masked Rider W.

Fuuto PI OP theme song music revealed
For fans who are really looking forward to Fuuto PI, the production team has released a few extras to keep them happy.
In addition to a release date and staff, the theme song and opening theme have also been revealed!
The theme song is “Tsumi to Batsu to Angura” by Koji Kikkawa & Mitsuru Matsuoka.
The opening OP theme is “Private Eye” by Big Gadgets ft. Aya Kamiki w TAKUYA.
Who is on the series staff?
Along with an official Fuuto PI release date, the staff for the series has also been announced.
The series is directed by Yosuke Kabashima (Afro Samurai and the Yowamushi Pedal Movie). Ayataka Tanemura (Black Clover) becomes an assistant director.
The series will be composed by Tatsuto Higuchi (Toradora!), while Riku Sanjo will be the script director. He is also the manga author and previously worked on several live-action Kamen Rider series as well.
Hidekazu Ebina (Kaguya-sama: Love is War) will serve as character designer. The main animation director is Sei Komatsubara (Akudama Drive).
The main animators are Yukiyoshi Shikiji, Kazuhito Tominaga and Kenta Yokoya respectively.
