The first seasons of the Canadian reality show exceeded everyone’s expectations and were drummed up by thousands of fans. Now, the show returns later this month with Blown Away Season 3. So let’s discuss what we know about it.

What to expect from Blown Away Season 3?

Blown Away is a Canadian reality series that brings together ten talented Glassblowers from around the world each season. In each episode, the contenders are given a mission and a deadline. Think of developing a suggestive work of art or designing perfume bottles. Each show sees the elimination of one contender. This leaves two contestants competing for first place in the season finale. The design idea, the gallery’s presentation and the overall body of work submitted by the finalists will be considered in the assessment.

Contestants had to build their own exquisite decanters for a task from a previous season. Another approached them to make lighting fixtures. One task required participants to build a moving glass body after being inspired by guest judge and dancer Greta Hodgkinson of the National Ballet of Canada. Each job is designed to highlight a different facet of a blazer’s talent and show the judges their true worth.

The third season of Blown Away has not yet been announced. It is therefore unknown what new obstacles the participants will face. The upcoming season could go even deeper and add more fascinating guest judges. While you don’t necessarily have to hope for Season 3, we know that if the show didn’t come back, millions of fans would go crazy. We can only hope Netflix delivers.

Blown Away Season 3 Cast!

Famous Youtuber and actor Nick Uhas hosted the first two seasons of Blown Away. Meanwhile, Canadian glass artist touted Katherine Gray as the show’s chief judge. With the return of Blown Away Season 3, we expect both celebrities to return to continue their duties.

In addition, each episode of the reality series features a unique judge with experience in various professions and a similar passion for glass blowing. There are ten entrants in the starting grid of each season and they are removed one at a time based on how well they perform. The identities of these Season 3 Blown Away competitors are still unknown.

When will the third season come?

Netflix released the second season of the reality series on January 22, 2021. A while after the release of the second season, Netflix gave the series the green light for another season; thanks to the ratings, the first two seasons were acquired. Meanwhile, on June 29, the streaming giant shared the trailer for the upcoming season along with the release date. Blown Away Season 3 will premiere on Netflix on July 22, 2022.
