Cristobal Jodorowsky, the son of filmmaker Alejandro Jodorowsky, died on Thursday, September 15 at the age of 57. According to the Instagram of the Jorowosky-Trumblay family, people can pay their respects at Casa Prim in Casa Prim account by Friday, September 16 at 5 p.m. They said:
“The Jodorowsky Trumblay family mourns the loss of our dear Cristobal Jodorowsky.” It would be a challenge to attend the ceremony, which will take place in Casa Prim, Room 05, from now until tomorrow, September 16 at 5 pm.”
Alejandro then confirmed on Twitter that he would be offline until Friday, September 16, 2022. He promised to return on Saturday, September 17 and thanked his followers.

All about Cristobal Jodorowsky
Axel chose to change his name to Cristobal while doing psychomagic (a shamanic art practice). He was born on July 24, 1965. Because it had such an influence on Axel’s thinking, his new name became a powerful symbolic indication of his personality. Cristobal was the only child of Alejandro Jodorwosky and Valerie Tremblay. Alejandro is a well-known surrealist filmmaker who has written, produced, directed and starred many films. Valerie is a French actress, but there is no information about her filmography at the moment.
While deciding to perform performances through common psychomagic, Cristobal Jodorowsky explored his theories on psychomagic, tarot, and esoteric studies. In 2018 he said the following:
“I have chosen to use the tools at my disposal so that we can all participate through our experiences in the evolutionary process of humanity, involving group and individual exercises, tarot readings, meditations, dramatizations of family trees, psychomagic and many other activities suggest.”
He became known for his role as Fenix in his father’s 1989 horror film Santa Sangre. He was nominated for a Saturn Award for Best Actor for his role in the film. Produced on a budget of $787,000, the film won multiple awards at the Cannes Film Festival, Sitges Film Festival, Chicago International Film Festival, Saturn Awards and other festivals. Brontis Jodorowsky and Adan Jodorowsky are the two brothers of Cristobal Jodorowsky. Adan is a musician, director and actor while Brontis is a theater director and actor. Alma Jodorowsky’s uncle was also an actress, model and singer.
