Cee Dee Lamb was born and raised in the Louisiana city of Opelousas. She moved to New Orleans with his family at that time. Due to Typhoon Katrina, their family was evacuated and moved to Houston. She later attended John and Randolph Encouragement School in Richmond, Texas. When he was a senior in 2016, he had 98 receptions and 33 touchdowns for 2,032 yards.
