The fall 2022 anime season is expected to be the most stacked in recent years, and we’re here for it.
With heavy hitters like Attack on Titan Season 4, Demon Slayer Season 2, and the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 theatrical movie all arriving within the first quarter of the year, 2022 got off to a smashing start in terms of new anime releases. However, with what’s to come in television and cinema, the rest of this year is gearing up to get just as busy as the 2019 and 2020 anime seasons.
For anime lovers, the spring season has already started, but it seems that the fanbase is currently focused on the future. The summer and fall seasons consistently offer some of the top titles in the industry. Most anime lovers are sure that the fall season of 2022 will be the most intense season in recent years.
In May 2022, the team that produced Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 revealed that the anime sequel is coming in October 2022. This gave extra weight to the fall 2022 anime season. Fans were understandably ecstatic since the third season has been on their radar for years.
