Kushina Uzumaki Naruto's Mother
Kushina Uzumaki Naruto’s mother.

Today we give you our Top 10 anime moms in honor of Mother’s Day 2022.

Great moms can be seen all over the anime world and they deserve to be recognized for their efforts.

Anime moms are generally little background characters, but no child can become a hero without their mom’s support and affection. Indeed, not all the protagonists in the anime have a positive impression of their mother, and some of them have not seen their mother since childhood. Mothers, just like in real life, play an important role in the lives of their children.

However, there are a few anime moms that are a cut above the rest when it comes to parenting. They take care of their children while fighting the world’s problems.

So let’s remember the mothers who made important sacrifices and became outstanding mentors on Mother’s Day today! Here are our Top 10 Anime Moms Showing How a Mom Loves Her Kids.

10. Sanae Furukawa (Clannad)

clannad wouldn’t be half as fun without Sane Furukawa’s “role” in Tomoya’s life.

Sanae doesn’t get much screen time in the first few episodes of this light romance/slice of life series. Sanae does not become more common until later, when it becomes more severe. And she begins to “bless” the anime with her eccentricities.

Sanae wasn’t a great baker, but she was a great mother. Sanae took care of Nagisa while she was pregnant. Tomoya was devastated by Nagisa’s death and Sanae took care of Ushio at the time.

Even after spending several years with Ushio, Sanae realized that Ushio had to go back to her father, as Tomoya had been alone since his wife’s death. She showed exceptional courage in the face of practically universal sadness. This is why she is one of the top 10 anime moms.

Sanae is the epitome of a mother who is always available for her children… Especially in difficult circumstances, and never hesitates to reach that goal.

Her quote expresses it best:

“If your life can change once, it can change again.”

Sane Furukawa

She is a strong-willed and reliable lady who adores her husband and child, while sometimes immature and tearful (when someone mocks her bread). Given her young appearance, she likes to be mistaken for Nagisa’s older sister.

9. Trisha Elric (Full Metal Alchemist)

Trisha Elric was only seen in Fullmetal Alchemist flashbacks, but it was obvious how awesome she is. Despite being an ancient human Philosopher’s Stone, Trisha only welcomed Van Hohenheim for who he was and refused to see him as a monster.

Other than being the mother of the show’s protagonists, Edward and Alphonse Elric, nothing is known about her, but she was considered a sweet and caring mother to the two.

Every day Trisha paid close attention to her children. She urged them to reach their greatest potential, but she died before they could do so. She succumbed to an illness when Edward was only 11 years old, and she is sorely missed by everyone.

Even though her husband had abandoned their children, she maintained a pleasant demeanor and took care of them alone. So if you tell me this isn’t a mother worth an arm and a leg, I don’t know what to say.

8. Hana (Wolf Children)

Hana fell in love with a wolfman, with whom she had two children. However, Hana’s luck ran out when her husband sadly died, leaving her with her two children. Hana’s optimism was not dampened as she prepared to take care of her children.

Being a single parent is hard, but raising two half-wolf, half-human kids? THAT, however, is a different story. Hana must confront the parenting of her two beautiful wolves children only after the loss of her lover. Despite her children’s parentage and all the difficulties she faces, she has managed to teach her two children essential life skills, which is why she is one of the Top 10 Anime Moms on our list.

It was incredibly difficult for her to take care of the children, but she persevered. She had to move out of the city and nurture them in the countryside because they were half-wolf and uncontrollable in a city.

7. Chi-chi (Dragon Ball)

Chi-chi is a tough and stubborn mother who won’t take no for an answer and is more concerned with the education of her child and the safety of her husband than with the destruction and survival of the world. But her motives are pure, like those of a real anime mom, and her heart is filled with only love for her boys and husband.

Chi-chi is a shining example of what it means to take care of your children, even if she is not as “rich” as Bulma. And raise them well.

Without making excuses about how difficult it is or that there is “no” time for this and that.

Chichi isn’t flawless, but that makes her more realistic in terms of anime moms and parents.

6. Yasuko Takasu (Toradora)

Ryuji Takasu’s mother is Yasuko or Mirano from Toradora† As a mother, she sometimes acts reckless and childish while sleeping. Regardless of her behavior, Yasuko has spent her adolescence dealing with many problems she has experienced.

It contrasts with her casual attitude. Yasuko is well aware of her mistakes in life; she loves her child dearly and is motivated to ensure that he can focus on his studies and have a better future. This is the story of a woman who struggles to raise her lonely child, Ryuji Takasu, alone.

Yasuko Takasu is more than just an irresponsible alcoholic who lets her child clean up behind her. After her husband dies, all she has to do is raise her child and take him to school. This leads to her having many jobs to pay the bills and make ends meet.

She is very compassionate, gentle and often naive, but she adores her only son.

5. Inko Midoriya (My Hero Academia)

Inko Midoriya has only one child, Izuku, and she has been concerned about his well-being and well-being ever since he was identified as Quirky. Inko is aware of anti-Quirkless prejudice and believes Izuku will face a life of failure and loneliness.

Fortunately, Izuku was able to unleash his future with the help of One For All and All Might, but this exposes him to serious danger as he battles enemies, and Inko is concerned. She is a wonderful mother who is concerned about Izuku’s safety, and will even argue with All Might herself.

Midoriya even got a superhero suit from Inko. Inko is a wonderful mother who has always tried to support her children. She also apologized to Izuku for not having a Quirk.

That proved to be a burden to her and she held herself responsible for what had happened to her child. Inko and Izuku share nearly identical personality traits, ranging from excessive sobbing to extreme fear about something.

4. Miyako Ishida (A Silent Voice)

She is a supporting character in the animated film A silent voice† Shoya Ishida is the son of Miyako. She is also a kind and devoted single mother. Miyako also runs a salon to help support her family.

Miyako’s son was difficult to manage as a child, but she never gave up. When Shoyo got into trouble for tormenting Nishimiya, Miyako apologized to her mother.

She also used her money to get replacement hearing aids from Nishimiya. Despite Shoyo’s antics, Miyako never tried to beat him; she was always loving and wanted to help her child before.

3. Carla Yeagar (Attack on Titan)

A strict mother is not always harmful, especially if she is acting to protect her child. This is exactly how Carla Yeager would be described. She often reprimanded Eren when he did something dangerous because she genuinely cared about his well-being. Mikasa was even taken into the family.

Carla Yaegar adores both her children and her husband, and she even tries to prevent Eren from enlisting in the Survey Corps because she is concerned for his safety. She constantly worries about them, and when the opportunity presents itself, this anime mom makes a great sacrifice for her family. Her ultimate sacrifice makes her one of the top 10 anime moms of all time.

2. Kushina Uzumaki (Naruto Shippuden)

Naruto Uzumaki is the son of Kushina Uzumaki. Obito chose to attack the Hidden Leaf, which ended Kushina’s motherhood. Kushina gave up her life to save Naruto from the Nine-Tails. Minato locked part of Kushina’s chakra in Naruto before dying, which would be helpful later.

Kushina Uzumaki has a past with Kurama, the nine-tailed fox, as she was once the jinchuriki. She eventually married Minato Namikaze and was a close friend of Mikoto Uchiha, who had also recently given birth to a baby boy, Sasuke. Kushina was a cheerful and sociable lady at the time.

Later, Kushina’s ghost aided Naruto, which not only provided closure for both, but also helped Naruto better manage Kurama.

Aside from her beautiful appearance, she has an extremely volatile nature. She adored her family and was devoted to her unborn son, who showered him with love after his birth.

1. Sachiko Fujinuma (Deleted)

deleted is one of the best thought-out psychological series released in recent years.

It has depth and well-written characters, and is a solid effort by A-1 Pictures† That’s why Satoru’s mother is such a heroic figure in the anime.

Sachiko Fujinuma is the mother of Satoru, the main character of Erased. She was aware of the murders in the city, but she ignored them only for the sake of her child. She didn’t want to cause Satoru any emotional pain. Sachiko was astute, courageous and selfless; all these qualities combined to make her an excellent mother.

Sachiko used to be a newscaster. Sachiko is a beautiful middle aged woman who is also skinny. She is a kind, caring mother who has worked hard to take care of Satoru.

Sachiko is killed after making eye contact with the criminal involved in a series of kidnappings. Her son then discovers a means to erase the past, but he falls into a coma. Sachiko, a true anime mom loyal to a fault, stays by his bedside and takes care of him for almost ten years until he wakes up.
