Architecture platform Capsifi strengthens its leadership team with industry stalwarts
Sydney enterprise software company Capsifi has announced its new executive leadership team.
The company has appointed a new chairman, Andrew Barkla, CEO, Ian McAdam, and CRO, Tony Mascarenhas.
Capsifi founder and former CEO Dr. Terry Roach has decided to shift his focus to product innovation strategy and vision.
Capsifi is an architecture software platform that helps large companies with complex operations plan and manage their initiatives from ideation to implementation.
The platform captures key information about a company’s business model, including strategies, capabilities, processes, and applications, to enable intelligent insights from the interplay between those layers. It gives organizations the visibility and real-time insights they need to navigate change and improve organizational decision-making.
As the company moves into its next phase of growth, Dr. Roach said he is “excited to welcome these industry stalwarts to the Capsifi group, having worked extensively with Ian McAdam and Andrew Barkla in various capacities in the past.”
“Andrew has a strong background in global strategy and market growth, and Ian has extensive experience in business leadership and market expansion,” he said.
“In addition, Tony Capsifi brings a leadership background in strategic revenue growth through sales and partner channels. Hiring such outstanding executive talent would not have been possible without the guidance and support of the Australian Business Growth Fund (ABGF).
In April 2022, the federally backed capital investor Australian Business Growth Fund (ABGF) $11 million tipped in the SaaS startup to further expand and grow.
Ghazaleh Lyari, co-head of ABGF investment, said: “Terry began his partnership with ABGF with a focus on expanding its executive team, which is now well positioned to fulfill its growth potential.”
“Terry’s deep technical capabilities will ensure that Capsifi remains at the forefront of innovation and ahead of its competitors, while Ian’s extensive experience leading large enterprises will enable Capsifi to refine and execute its go-to-market strategy. to perform,” she said. .
“ABGF offers more than just capital to help companies grow. We work closely with our portfolio companies and assist them in strengthening the capacity of the executive team to achieve their growth objectives.”
Service NSW was Capsifi’s first customer and the NSW government supported the company. It now has a top global customer base spanning Europe and North America, including Amex, AMP, Costco and Ikea.
