Apple is fixing some major iOS 16 bugs today. A new update now available, iOS 16.0.2, aims to fix the issue where the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro’s camera would shake while using third-party apps, as well as the overbearing “Allow Paste” notifications , according to an Apple Support page. The patch fixes several other bugs, which you can read in the update text shown to iPhone users below:

This update provides bug fixes and important security updates for your iPhone, including:

Camera may shake and cause blurry photos when shooting with certain third-party apps on iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max

The screen may appear completely black while setting up the device

Copying and pasting between apps may cause a permission prompt to appear more than expected

VoiceOver may not be available after reboot

Fixes an issue where touch input was unresponsive on some iPhone X, iPhone XR, and iPhone 11 screens after maintenance

According to Is The Apple Store Downthe update is for everything from the iPhone 8 and X to the latest iPhone 14 lineup.

In recent days, Apple promised that major fixes in this update were on their way, even though they hadn’t necessarily appeared in beta versions of the operating system. While that wasn’t necessarily an unheard of move, it’s not really what we’ve come to expect from the company.
