Alexi interned at the LA City Attorney’s Office, where he worked as a policy and research analyst. She also worked pro bono at Human Rights First. As of 2020, she works as a human rights attorney and is also listed as an attorney for her mother’s “Journey in Film” project, and holds the position of Grants Writer at the Worldwide Orphan Foundation’s New York branch.

Since 2013, Alexi has been with the King’s County District Attorney’s Office, where he focuses on the cases investigated by the Brooklyn Sex Crimes Bureau. Since 2017 she works at Sanctuary for Families, where she defends the victims of domestic violence.

Personal life, husband Seth Meyers

Alexi met her future husband, Seth Meyers, at Chris Kattan’s wedding ceremony in 2008 when he married Sunshine Deia Tutt. Chris is a popular American comic book writer and actor; he is also Seth’s former colleague, as they worked together on the show “Saturday Night Live”. The ceremony was decorated by the designers who also create the decorations for “Saturday Night Live,” including Ariel Ashe, Alexi’s sister.

Seth later shared in one of the episodes of this show that he instantly felt something for Alexi, “I felt like she was the closest thing I’d ever met that I could see myself with. Almost immediately’, he looked back on their first meeting. The couple began dating (and Chris Kattan, whose wedding was the event where Alexi and Seth met, divorced his wife in just a year), and in July 2013, Seth proposed, and the couple officially announced their engagement on their social media profiles.
