Alexa Nisenson’s net worth
As of early 2020, Alexa Nisenson’s net worth is estimated to be over $1 million, earned through a successful albeit youthful acting career. Starting out as a child actor, she has landed numerous opportunities and contracts that have steadily built her wealth.
Early life and career beginnings
At a young age, Alexa was very interested in performing arts and started learning how to dance. She joined the Abby Lee Dance Company, which is known for her popularity through the reality TV show “Dance Moms”. The dance studio is owned by instructor and choreographer Abby Lee Miller, who is also one of the main personalities in the television show. While Alexa trained at school, she refused to make television appearances and set her sights outside of reality TV.
Alexa then turned her attention to acting and one of her first projects was a guest appearance on the television series “Constantine”.
The show is based on the title DC comic character of the same name, a man who deals with magic and the occult part of the superhero universe. After working on the show, she got more opportunities and was cast in “Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life” in the minor role of Georgia where she joined Griffin Gluck and Lauren Graham. The film released in 2016, based on the novel of the same name by Chris Tebbetts and James Patterson, received mixed reviews but was successful at the box office, leading to plans for a sequel.

Further acting
The following year, Nisenson was cast in the comedy film “Fist Fight”, starring Ice Cube, Tracy Morgan and Charlie Day, and follows the story of a school teacher whose actions lead to another teacher losing his job; he is then challenged to a fistfight after school. The film was also a commercial success, although reviews for it were generally mixed to negative. Alexa garnered some attention for her role, which subsequently led to her appearing in the music video for Big Sean’s “I Don’t F With You” alongside Charlie Day.
She then worked on the revival of the hit series “Will and Grace”, playing a younger version of the character Karen – the show was revived after NBC made an online special featuring the characters, leading to the idea of the show is put back into production. The show is running for its 11th season, which will be the season last.
Fear the walking dead
Alexa’s next projects would be a small role in the show “Good Behavior” during its second season, and the movie “Orphan Horse”; the latter was her first starring role working alongside Academy Award winner Jon Voight, and tells the story of a girl who befriends a retired horse trainer’s horse.
After that, she appeared in her most notable role to date when she was cast in a recurring role in the fourth season of “Fear the Walking Dead”. The post-apocalypse horror series tells the story of humanity after a virus causes a zombie outbreak that destroys modern civilization. The show is being marketed as a companion series to the hit show “The Walking Dead”, which is also based on the comic book series of the same name. After her recurring status, she was promoted to series regularly, making it the first regular role of her career. In the show, she plays the character Charlie who was initially part of a group called the Vultures.
She was used as a spy to infiltrate other groups so that the Vultures could later discover where important supplies were kept. She later decided to leave the group and join the main characters’ group led by Morgan.
Problems with The Walking Dead franchise
“The Walking Dead” was at one point the hottest thing on television, breaking numerous records for its new take on the zombie genre, focusing more on the human emotions revolving around this new world. The series was also responsible for elevating or revitalizing the careers of its actors – stars such as Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, and Danai Gurira were among the few to rise to prominence thanks to the show.

Well the series struggled to maintain its high ratings of recent years, usually attributed to many poor decisions, including questionable character deaths intended to boost ratings for a short period of time.
The “Fear the Walking Dead” spin-off wasn’t free of controversy either. The show was originally conceived as a prequel showing the hows and whys of their world’s zombie apocalypse. It failed to deliver on that promise, and the lack of direction for many of its characters led to several of them pulling out of the show. The series has a bit of one resurgence since a new cast has been introduced along with familiar faces from the original show. However, the franchise as a whole is far from what it once was.
Many of his past fans cite the lack of cohesive storytelling, character development, and a declining interest in the once-saturated zombie genre as some of the biggest factors in its decline.
Private life
Alexa is single and still young at 13 years old, entering her early teens just around the time she joined the cast of “Fear the Walking Dead”, and thus still focused on developing her career. She lives in Los Angeles, California with her family and decides to move there to gain more access to the entertainment industry in the US.
